We can help you get your printed communications to the people you want to reach. Many of our institutional, commercial and professional customers have been benefiting from this service for years.
Using our school data that we meticulously update and publish, we’ll print and supply you with custom mailing labels (1”x 3 ½” peel and stick). These can be addressed to the top administrator (by name) or the position of your choice (by title) at the facilities you choose. Custom label sets enable you to save money. Eliminate addresses outside your geographic service area, schools that don’t have the grade ranges you service, etc. If you desire to mail a custom subset of facilities, call and talk to us about it.
Of course statewide label sets by facility type (ISD offices, district offices, school buildings, colleges, libraries) are available as well. See the order form for options.
UPDATE: If your mailing is otherwise eligible for discount postage (nonprofit, bulk, etc) we can provide you with a Certificate of Move-Update Compliance that assures our lists meet USPS NCOA standards and will allow you to mail at the discount rate! Save significantly on postage and undeliverable pieces.
